These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") establish the agreement between you ("the Customer") and UNITECHAC Enterprises ("the Company"). By utilizing our services, you acknowledge your acceptance of these Terms.
When booking a service with us, you agree:
A. To provide accurate information about the appliance and its issues.
B. To allow our technicians access to your premises for repair purposes.
Payment is due upon the service's completion unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods will be communicated during the booking process.
If a service needs to be canceled, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Refunds for canceled services will be processed following our refund policy, as communicated during the booking.
All repairs include a 45-day warranty. If the same issue arises within this period, we will address it at no additional cost. The warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse or external factors post-repair.
The Company's liability is limited to the cost of the provided service. The Company is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages or losses that may result from the services.
All content on our website and marketing materials, such as text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of UNITECHAC Appliances and is protected by copyright laws.
We retain the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms.
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the local laws of the jurisdiction in which UNITECHAC Enterprises operates.
