Split AC installation at Unitech AC starts from ₹1,099 per indoor unit, which includes up to 3 metres of copper piping, L-bracket, MS stand, vacuum & pressure testing, and drain piping. Larger or higher-capacity installations and ductable/cassette/VRF systems are quoted after a free site survey.

For central and west Hyderabad we offer same-day AC repair when you call before 2 PM. Our engineers carry the most-common spares (capacitors, fan motors, PCBs, sensors, gas), so the majority of faults are diagnosed and fixed in a single visit.

Gas refill at Unitech AC starts from ₹2,299 per AC, including full leak detection, vacuum pump-down, certified gas refill and a cooling-performance test. We handle R32, R410a, R22 and R407c for all major split, window, cassette and ductable units.

Our Annual Maintenance Contract covers four scheduled quarterly service visits, a 2-hour priority callout for any urgent breakdown, spare parts at cost price (no markup), and no labour charges across the contract year. Plans start at ₹2,399 per AC per year for residential split units.

Yes. Unitech AC has been delivering commercial HVAC, VRF/VRV, ductable and cassette systems across Hyderabad for over a decade — from restaurants and clinics to hotels and offices. We handle the entire scope: heat-load calculation, design, supply, installation, balancing and commissioning. Site surveys for commercial enquiries are always free.

We cover all of GHMC and most of HMDA. Same-day service is available for central Hyderabad (Amberpet, Tarnaka, Habsiguda), west Hyderabad (Madhapur, HITEC City, Kondapur, Gachibowli, Jubilee Hills, Banjara Hills) and north Hyderabad (Begumpet, Secunderabad). Next-morning slots for all other areas inside the Outer Ring Road.

Every service and repair carries a written 6-month service warranty on the work performed. If the same fault recurs within six months, we return and fix it free — no labour charges, no callout fee, no conversation. Spare parts installed by us carry their own manufacturer warranty in addition.

Yes — we quote on the phone before the engineer visits, and provide a written quote on a tablet at your home before any work begins. No "extras" are added mid-job. If the quote changes (e.g. an additional part is needed), the engineer will re-quote and only proceed with your approval.
